Refund policy

Before it ships. You can cancel your order any time before it ships, for a full refund. Write to support@feralfile.com.

If the ship date changes. We email you the new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

After it arrives. You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return. Write to support@feralfile.com within those 14 days and we send you the return address. Toko comes back in the condition you received it, in its original box with everything that came in it. You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping is not refunded. We refund the price to your original payment method once Toko is back with us and we have checked it.

If it arrives damaged. Write to us with photos, and we repair or replace it.

Warranty. Toko has a one-year hardware warranty from delivery. If something fails, write to us and we repair or replace it.

Install & Care. A full refund any time before your session.

None of this limits the rights the law gives you where you live.
